The vision of the building is dominated by natural materials – stone and wood. We fabricated and installed a complete facade cladding with white travertine slabs. All facade plates are chamfered to give volume and emphasize the charm of the material. For the facing of the windows and showcases we used travertine slabs with a profiled underlay. We also used an undercoat with the same treatment when making the caps on the railings for terraces.
We made the exterior flooring from “White Wave” thermo-flaked granite slabs. We used polished granite slabs for the interior flooring. We also made the steps and plinths from the same material. The elevator doors were also clad in slabs of granite.
For lining the fireplace in the living room, we used large slabs of polished “Bamboo” granite, mounted on the principle of the ventilated facade, while the kitchen worktop, kitchen backsplash and kitchen island were made of polished black granite.
For the fireplace in the winery, we made a cladding of travertine bricks, and the flooring around it was installed with travertine slabs.
We installed mosaic tiles in the bathrooms, as well as polished granite bathroom countertops.
